Eligible Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items are typically not eligible for returns, but please check the product page for specific details.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at rysewears@gmail.com or in social media to initiate a return.
- Obtain a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that you must include with your return.
- Package Your Items: Carefully repack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories or manuals.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided in your Return Authorization. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return and verify that it meets all the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
